Não se esqueçam também que até o final do ano a Paramount pretende lançar os filmes 7, 8, 9 e 10 em DVD e Blu-ray… e já está prevista a segunda temporada de TOS/série clássica dos anos 60. Pena mesmo é que pelo visto, não iremos ganhar as temporadas restantes das séries derivadas DS9 e Voyager.

Eu já estou cogitando a possibilidade de adquirir um drive de BD, ao invés de um player. Está muito mais em conta!
De qualquer maneira, espero muito poder contar com o Blu-ray nesse Natal/Ano Novo! Espero também que possa adquirir esse filme já na mídia azul!!!

nao sei se vai ser o meu 3º BD ou se vou comprar outro até lá..
mas esse tem lugar garantido na coleção.

Formato de tela 1.85:1? Como o filme foi rodado com aspect ratio 2.35 : 1, há 2 hipóteses:
1 – a Paramount vai mutilar a imagem do filme (improvável, já que nunca aconteceu em BDs da distribuidora); ou
2 – A informação está errada (99,999999% de chances).

Se é a Paramount quem vai lançar no Rental, é ela que lançará no Sell-thru, certo?

Star Trek Blu-ray Full Details Revealed

Paramount After the appetizer given early this morning, Paramount Home Entertainment has revealed the full release details for 'Star Trek', which will hit store shelves on Blu-ray on November 17, day-and-date with DVD. It will be presented in 2.35:1 1080p High Definition with English 5.1 Dolby TrueHD, French 5.1 Dolby Digital and Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital with English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles. Over three hours of bonus materials will be included.
The Blu-ray offers exclusive branching pods that allow for enhanced exploration, more fascinating features on the starships, planets, props, costumes and sound of STAR TREK, as well as a Starfleet Vessel Simulator and access to the latest NASA news about real-life space exploration via BD-Live.
It also offers a home entertainment first: groundbreaking augmented reality technology. Using a webcam, a Star Trek visual cue will morph into a 3D holographic tour of the U.S.S. Enterprise on the screen, providing a unique immersive and interactive experience.

Comprei um drive e não me arrependi, mas o pc precisa ser parrudo (dual core) no mínimo.
No meu pc mais antigo não funcionou direito.
